Super Green Smoothie


Let's face it, none of us are getting enough greens. For the rare breed of you that are, well, enough is never really enough. If you’re someone like me who prefers drinking their greens over eating them this recipe right here will provide you with more than enough of your daily Fiber, B Vitamins, Magnesium and Iron.


I based this recipe off of a variation I tried at Barry’s Bootcamp Fuel Bar called the “Green Latifah” - names funny I know. I added the Flax Seeds for extra Fiber and the Vitamineral Greens for a super boost of Iron and other nourishing vitamins and minerals I wouldn’t usually get. This well balanced smoothie contains all of your macro nutrients ( proteins, carbs and fats) that keep you full and satisfied for longer.



  • 1 Cup Spinach

  • 4-6 Cubes of frozen Mango

  • 4 Ice cubes

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Tsp Vitamineral Greens

  • 1 Tsp Flax Seed

  • 1 Tsp Almond Butter

  • 1/2 Scoop any vegan vanilla protein powder (I used Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Protein)

  • 1 Tsp  Cinnamon (optional)
